Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date and time. Failure to cancel or reschedule in time will result in a fee of 50% of your service total to the card on file. If the card on file is not updated, charge must be paid before new appointments will be accepted. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients waiting on available appointment times miss the opportunity to receive services. My cancellation policy allows me to fill those appointment times as well as keep my schedule filled to better serve my clients.
